DESIGN STORIES

Some journeys in human history do not merely reach a destination; they signify the beginning of a new era. In designing this model, we were inspired by those first courageous steps taken into the unknown reaches of space.

The fully embroidered patch on the front, with its bold typography and 3D GAGARIN embroidery, serves as the centerpiece of the design, while details of the Vostok mission and its history are brought together as unique elements that support this narrative. The Vostok USSR emblem on the side panel adds a characteristic detail that reinforces the collection's spirit.

With this design, we aimed not only to recount a historical achievement but to bring the courage to explore, the passion for pushing boundaries, and human curiosity about the unknown into everyday style. Through powerful embroidery craftsmanship, high-quality materials, and a timeless design philosophy, we have developed a hat with character that can be enjoyed for many years to come.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Trucker Hat - Curved Visor - Urban Collection - Gagarin - Purple, is a unique cap within the RustandRich Urban Collection that stands out with its space exploration-inspired design language and high-density embroidery details. With its purple front section, white mesh back structure, and peach-toned embroidery accents, it offers a striking and modern look.

The design on the front is prepared entirely using embroidery patch application technique. The 3D GAGARIN embroidery on the patch adds strong depth to the design with its high-density embossed craftsmanship, while the "Off to the Moon," "Vostok," and "April 12 1961" details are completed with multi-layered embroidery applications within the same patch. The Vostok USSR emblem embroidery on the side and the RustandRich emblem detail on the opposite side are among the complementary elements that give the model character.

The Curved Visor form used in the brim section offers a stronger stance with its longer (7.5 cm) and wider structure compared to our classic trucker hat models.

The back section, made of mesh fabric, supports air circulation to provide comfort throughout wear, while the adjustable snapback system easily adapts to different head sizes.

Inside, RustandRich logo-taped seams, a cotton sweatband, and collection-specific interior print details are among the premium applications that complete the user experience.
