With this awareness, we attach great importance to the processing and storage of all kinds of personal data belonging to our customers and potential customers in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("PDPL").

            We process your personal data as explained below and within the framework of legal legislation. We would like to inform you in the most transparent way about how your personal data is collected, the purposes of processing, legal reasons, and your rights.

1.           Collection, Processing, and Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected by automatic or non-automatic methods, verbally, in writing, or electronically.

Your collected personal data will be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL for the purposes of enabling you to benefit from our services and ensuring that the necessary operations are carried out by our business units to protect your rights and interests.

2.           To Whom and for What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals for the purposes of providing you with various rights and benefits, and ensuring the protection and execution of your rights; and in case the subject of the service you receive from our company is connected abroad, to our business partners located abroad, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL.

3.           Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is obtained in any verbal, written, or electronic medium, with the aim of providing the services offered by our company within the determined legal framework for the purposes stated above and fulfilling our company's contractual and legal responsibilities accurately and completely in this context. Your personal data collected for this legal reason may also be processed and transferred for the purposes stated in this text, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL.

4.           Rights of the Personal Data Subject Enumerated in Article 11 of the PDPL

As personal data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our company using the methods arranged below in this Disclosure Text, our company will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest.

- To learn whether your personal data is processed,

- To request information if your personal data has been processed,

- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

- To request the correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of this correction to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law, except for legal limits,

- To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,

- To request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

            You may exercise your rights listed above by sending a wet-signed petition in person or via registered mail with a return receipt, along with copies of your identification (only the front face copy for the national identity card), to the address: Maltepe Mh. Gümüşsuyu Cd. Hacıeminağa Sk. No:5/A 34010 Zeytinburnu – İSTANBUL. In order for someone other than the personal data subject to make a request, there must be a special power of attorney issued by the personal data subject on behalf of the person who will apply. In case the conclusion of such requests requires additional costs, a fee will be charged to the applicant according to the tariff determined by the Board. Our company may request additional information from the relevant person to determine whether the applicant is the personal data subject and may ask the personal data subject questions regarding their application in order to clarify the matters specified in the application.
