DESIGN STORY
Some colors create more than just an outfit. They represent a long-standing sense of belonging and a living piece of sports culture.
While designing this model, we drew inspiration from Turkey's deep-rooted sports culture. Rather than producing a licensed product for a specific club, we wanted to transform the powerful character created by the yellow and navy blue colors into a timeless cap that could be a natural part of daily life.
Our goal was to create a design that could be enjoyed not only on specific match days but also in city life, during travels, and as part of everyday outfits. For this reason, we complemented the harmony of yellow and navy blue with high-density 3D gothic letter embroidery, yellow decorative stitching, a custom-piped brim, and mesh details. Every detail was carefully designed to support a powerful appearance and a premium craftsmanship philosophy.
The personalized initials, "EST." (Established) detail, and embroidered name and surname add a deeply personal meaning to this design. This allows the wearer to both carry their own story and make their beloved colors a natural part of their daily style.
We developed this cap not just as a personalized product, but as a special piece inspired by Turkey's deep-rooted sports culture, designed to be enjoyed for many years with its timeless aesthetic. Each cap is handcrafted upon order, becoming a unique story belonging to its owner.
ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Trucker Hat - Name Collection - Custom Made - Yellow/Navy, is a special hat from the RustandRich Name Collection that combines a customizable design approach with premium craftsmanship. Carrying the powerful harmony of yellow and navy blue colors, the design offers a striking look with its high-density 3D gothic letter embroidery, yellow mesh back, and special piped brim application.
The gothic-style initial on the front of the hat is custom-made using a high-density 3D embroidery technique. Each hat is produced specifically according to the initial chosen during the order.
Along with the EST. (Established) detail on the left side, the year of birth or a preferred date is applied using embroidery. The RustandRich signature logo crest is located on the right side of the hat.
The name and surname under the brim are embroidered specifically for the individual. Thus, every part of the hat is completed with personal details, gaining a completely unique identity.
The yellow decorative stitching used on the navy brim is prepared with an embroidery technique. The specially prepared yellow piped brim gives the hat a dynamic appearance and a sense of premium craftsmanship.
The back section, produced from yellow mesh fabric, supports air circulation to provide comfort during use, while the adjustable snapback system easily adapts to different head sizes.
On the inside, a cotton lining is used to ensure comfort on surfaces that come into contact with the skin. The RustandRich logo-branded piping, cotton sweatband, and special interior print details are among the premium features that complete the user experience.
