DESIGN STORIES

While designing this model, we wanted the contrast created by different fabrics to become the hat's defining character. We combined the orange textured fabric with a grey plaid pattern. We brought the two different surfaces together at the front with a sharp line. By continuing the same fabric transition on the brim, we maintained the integrity of the design.

We applied the two-tone RR logo on the front panel using a high-density 3D embroidery technique. We selected the logo's colors to harmonize with the fabric transitions. In this way, the logo did not remain just a brand detail but became a central element that unites the two different aspects of the design.

We used the cream mesh back panel to balance the strong colors and patterns on the front. With the RustandRich crest placed on the side, we added a signature unique to our brand to the design. We complemented the light-colored undervisor with an embroidery detail. We designed this detail so that the model reveals itself not only from the front but also from different angles.

We combined different fabrics, color transitions, and embroidery details in a balanced structure. With its strong contrast and detailed craftsmanship, we have created an original RustandRich model that holds collectible value.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Snapback Cap - Urban Collection - Dual Balance - Orange, is a unique snapback hat model that brings together different colors and fabric textures in the same design. One side of the front panel features orange textured fabric, while the other side uses a gray plaid fabric. The combination of these two different fabrics, which continues across the front and the visor, gives the model an asymmetric and powerful look.

The two-colored RR logo located in the center of the front panel is applied using high-density 3D embroidery technique. The different colors used in the logo harmonize with the two-piece fabric structure of the hat and highlight the center of the design.

The RustandRich emblem on the side panel provides the model with a complementary detail unique to the brand. The cream-colored mesh back section balances the strong color transitions of the design and offers comfortable wear by ensuring air circulation.

The combination of the same two fabrics from the front panel continues on the upper part of the visor. The light-colored visor underside and the embroidery detail on the underside create a unique look that emerges when the hat is viewed from different angles. The bias bindings with the RustandRich logo used in the interior and the adjustable snapback closure system complete the functional details of the design.
