DESIGN STORY

Some hats are more than just an accessory. They carry a personal story.

When designing this hat, we did not view personalization merely as an aesthetic detail. We wanted to develop a special hat that allows each wearer to carry their own story.

The gothic-style initial on the front serves as the design's strongest focal point. The "EST." (Established) detail on the left side, paired with a birth year, creates a meaningful reference that completes the personal narrative. The embroidery of the name and surname under the brim makes this hat entirely unique to its owner.

We developed this model for users who prefer energetic and eye-catching color combinations. By blending khaki, yellow, white, and red in a balanced harmony, we reflected the same commitment to quality in every detail, from the high-density 3D embroidery and the decorative stitching on the brim to the special brim application with white piping.

We did not design this hat solely as a personalized product. We also aimed for it to be a meaningful gift that will be remembered for years to come. We have developed a design that can turn into a lasting memento for special occasions such as birthdays, graduations, and anniversaries.

Each hat is custom-made after an order is placed. Completed with a chosen initial, a date embroidered alongside the "EST." detail, and a name and surname, this hat transforms into a unique piece that belongs solely to its owner—a special item to be enjoyed for many years.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Trucker Hat - Name Collection - Custom Made - Khaki, is a special hat from the RustandRich Name Collection that combines a customizable design approach with premium craftsmanship. It offers an energetic and characteristic look with its khaki front section, yellow mesh back structure, and a special visor application with white piping.

The gothic-style initial on the front of the hat is custom-made using a high-density 3D embroidery technique. Each hat is produced specifically according to the initial chosen during the order.

The EST. (Established) detail on the left side is accompanied by a birth year or a preferred date applied via embroidery. The right side of the hat features the special RustandRich logo emblem.

The first and last name located under the visor are custom-embroidered. Thus, every part of the hat is completed with details specific to its owner, gaining a completely personal identity.

The stitching on the khaki visor is prepared with an embroidery technique. The specially prepared visor with white piping completes the design by giving the hat a premium look and a high sense of craftsmanship.

The back section, made of mesh fabric, supports air circulation to provide comfort during use, while the adjustable snap-back system easily adapts to different head sizes.

A cotton lining is used on the inside surface that contacts the skin to ensure comfort. RustandRich logo-branded tapes, a cotton sweatband, and special interior printing details are among the premium applications that complete the user experience.

Verdiğim sipariş önünde ismimin baş harfi olacaktı yok. Ad soyadım kenarda yazılı olacaktı. Şapkanın içerisine yazmışsınız. İstemediğim bir şapka daha geldi bununla ilgili mailler attım telefonumundan dönüş yapılmasını istedim dönüş olmadı.
