DESIGN STORIES

Some designs are crafted not just to grab attention, but to bring a smile to your face.

When designing this model, we wanted to translate a fun, commonly used everyday phrase into a powerful visual language. Our goal was to give the cap an energetic and eye-catching identity by turning the message “HANDS OFF – IT’S MINE” into a unique, character-filled patch design rather than just simple text.

The satin stitch used on the outer edges of the patch creates a bold frame, while the high-density embroidery applied to the lettering, color gradients, and hand figure gives the model a distinct sense of depth. By combining denim fabric with a mustard yellow mesh back and contrast stitching, we achieved a balance that is both classic and dynamic.

We developed this cap not only as a fun accessory but as a special piece that reflects your style with confidence, adds character to your daily outfits, and makes people smile at first glance. With quality patch craftsmanship, a breathable mesh structure, and premium material selection, we have created a timeless model that can be enjoyed for many years to come.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Trucker Hat - Curved Visor - Urban Collection - Hands Off - Denim, is a special hat from the RustandRich Urban Collection that stands out with its fun design language and striking patch application. The front section, crafted from denim fabric, paired with mustard yellow mesh back panels, a custom patch, and contrast stitching details, presents a strong character.

The HANDS OFF – IT’S MINE design on the front is applied to the hat with a custom-crafted patch. The edges of the patch are finished with a merrow stitch technique to enhance durability, while the text, lines, and hand figure within the design are embroidered with high-density stitching, giving the model significant depth and a premium look.

The mustard-colored decorative stitching used on the curved visor, made from denim fabric, is one of the standout details that completes the overall color balance of the design.

Designed in a Curved Visor shape, this model features a longer (7.5 cm) and wider visor structure compared to our classic trucker hat models.

The back section, made from mustard yellow mesh fabric, supports air circulation and ensures comfort throughout wear.

Inside, RustandRich-logoed trims, a cotton sweatband, and collection-specific inner print details are among the premium features that complete the user experience.

Due to the natural structure of denim fabric, slight color changes and fading may occur over time. We have designed this natural worn-in effect as part of our design philosophy, giving the hat its unique vintage character.
