DESIGN STORY
Chicago is one of the world's most distinctive cities with its production culture, architecture, and strong urban identity. While designing this model, we wanted to combine the city’s sturdy stance and timeless character with our own design approach.
By choosing a plaid-textured fabric, we reinterpreted Chicago's classic urban style with a modern touch. Through bold typography, layered embroidery details, and a balanced use of color, we reflected the city's energy in every part of the design.
With the "Since 1994" detail included in the design, we also made a nod to RustandRich’s deep-rooted production heritage. This detail represents the production experience and commitment to quality we have cultivated since 1994. Chicago’s strong past and our brand’s production culture meet in a shared story in this design.
We designed this model for individuals who stand out in every environment with their strong character. This design is a special City’s Collection model that brings together Chicago’s urban spirit and RustandRich’s years of production experience in a single story.
ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Trucker Hat - City’s Collection - Chicago - Green, RustandRich City’s Collection is one of the exclusive models designed with inspiration from Chicago’s architecture, industrial heritage, and vibrant urban culture. The multi-colored plaid woven fabric used on the front panel and visor, combined with the burgundy mesh back, gives the model a classic and powerful look.
The Chicago Riches design on the front is applied using a high-density 3D embroidery technique. The gold-colored embroidery frame on the cream background and multi-layered embroidery details add depth to the design. The "Since 1994" detail within the front design represents RustandRich’s deep-rooted manufacturing heritage dating back to 1994.
The star-shaped Chicago Riches logo detail on the left side is prepared using a multi-layered embroidery technique. On the right side, there is a high-density 3D RustandRich logo detail.
The special woven fabric used on the front panel and visor brings a classic urban style together with a modern design approach, thanks to its rich surface that resembles the texture of wool. Burgundy fabric is used under the visor.
The back features a burgundy mesh structure and an adjustable snapback closure system.
On the inside, a cotton lining is used on the surface that touches the skin to provide a comfortable experience. The RustandRich branded seam tape and cotton sweatband ensure all-day comfort.
