DESIGN STORY

Some colors don’t just make an outfit; they represent a sense of belonging carried for years and a living piece of sports culture.

When designing this model, we drew inspiration from Turkey’s deep-rooted sports culture. Instead of producing licensed merchandise for a specific club, we wanted to transform the powerful character created by yellow and red into a timeless cap that can become a natural part of daily life.

Our goal was to create not just a product used on specific days, but a design that can be enjoyed in city life, during travel, and in everyday outfits. For this reason, we complemented the harmony of yellow and red with high-density 3D Gothic letter embroidery, yellow decorative stitching, a special piped brim, and mesh details. Every detail has been carefully designed to support its bold look and premium craftsmanship.

The personalized initials, "EST." (Established) detail, and embroidered full name give this design a deeply personal meaning. This allows the wearer to both carry their own story and make their favorite colors a natural part of their daily style.

We developed this cap not only as a personalized product but as a special piece inspired by Turkey’s deep-rooted sports culture, designed to be enjoyed for many years with its timeless aesthetic. Each cap is handcrafted upon order, becoming a unique story that belongs to its owner.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Trucker Hat - Name Collection - Custom Made - Yellow/Red is a special hat within the RustandRich Name Collection that combines a customizable design approach with premium craftsmanship. With its red front, yellow mesh back, high-density 3D gothic letter embroidery, and special piped visor application, it offers a striking and energetic look.

The initial on the front of the hat, featuring gothic characters, is custom-made using a high-density 3D embroidery technique. Each hat is produced specifically according to the initial chosen during the order process.

The EST. (Established) detail on the left side is accompanied by a birth year or a preferred date applied using embroidery. The RustandRich signature logo crest is located on the right side of the hat.

The first and last name under the visor are custom-embroidered. Thus, every part of the hat is completed with details specific to its owner, gaining a completely personal identity.

The decorative yellow stitching used on the red visor is prepared using embroidery technique. The specially prepared yellow piped visor gives the hat a dynamic appearance and a premium craftsmanship feel.

The back section, made of yellow mesh fabric, promotes air circulation to provide comfort during use, while the adjustable snapback system easily adapts to different head sizes.

A cotton lining is used on the interior surface that touches the skin to ensure comfort. RustandRich logo-branded tapes, a cotton sweatband, and special interior print details are among the premium features that complete the user experience.

SIZE CHART

Our casket hat models are produced in two sizes.

Standard Size S-M (55–59 cm)
This is our most commonly used size option. It is suitable for adult and young users.

Large Size M-L (60–64 cm)
It is suitable for adult users with larger head measurements.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Your order is carefully prepared and shipped in a special protective box. You may return your product within 14 days of the date you received it.

Products to be returned must be unused, undamaged, have their tags attached, and be sent back with their original packaging. Returns of products that have been used or are no longer in a condition suitable for resale will not be accepted.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for personalized hats prepared specifically for you. We recommend that you double-check your personalization details and size selection before completing your order.
