DESIGN STORY

Some hats are more than just an accessory. They carry a personal story.

When we designed this hat, we did not view personalization merely as an aesthetic detail. We wanted to develop a special hat that allows every user to carry their own story.

The gothic-style initial on the front is the strongest focal point of the design. The EST. (Established) detail on the left side, along with the birth year, creates a meaningful reference that completes the personal narrative. The name and surname embroidery under the brim makes this hat entirely unique to its owner.

We developed this model by reinterpreting the bold character of the camouflage pattern with a modern design approach. By combining the camouflage pattern with a special brim featuring white piping, red embroidery details, and high-density 3D embroidery, we have created a powerful, dynamic, and eye-catching look. The stitching on the brim, prepared with embroidery techniques, is one of the key details that completes the design's premium craftsmanship.

We did not design this hat solely as a personalized product. We also aimed for it to be a meaningful gift that will be remembered for years to come. We have developed a design that can turn into a lasting memento for special occasions such as birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, and more.

Each hat is custom-made after the order is placed. Completed with its initial, the date embroidered alongside the EST. (Established) detail, and the name and surname, this hat becomes a unique piece that belongs solely to its owner, intended to be enjoyed for many years.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Trucker Hat - Name Collection - Custom Made - Camouflage is a special hat from the RustandRich Name Collection that combines a customizable design philosophy with premium craftsmanship. With its camouflage-patterned front panel, khaki mesh back, and special visor design with white piping, it offers a strong and characteristic look.

The Gothic-style initial on the front of the hat is custom-made using a high-density 3D embroidery technique. Each hat is produced specifically according to the initial chosen during the order.

The EST. (Established) detail on the left side, along with your birth year or a preferred date, is applied using embroidery. The RustandRich special logo emblem is featured on the right side of the hat.

The name and surname under the visor are embroidered for a personalized touch. Thus, every part of the hat is completed with details specific to its owner, gaining a completely personal identity.

The stitching on the camouflage-patterned visor is crafted using embroidery techniques. The specially prepared white-piped visor completes the design by giving the hat a premium look and a high sense of craftsmanship.

The back section, made of mesh fabric, promotes airflow to ensure comfort during use, while the adjustable snapback system easily adapts to different head sizes.

Inside, a cotton lining is used on the surface in contact with the skin to ensure comfort. RustandRich branded piping, a cotton sweatband, and special inner print details are among the premium features that complete the user experience.

SIZE CHART

Our casket hat models are produced in two sizes.

Standard Size S-M (55–59 cm)
This is our most commonly used size option. It is suitable for adult and young users.

Large Size M-L (60–64 cm)
It is suitable for adult users with larger head measurements.

To determine the best size for you, you can measure your head circumference and compare your measurement result with the size chart below.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Your order is carefully prepared and shipped in a special protective box. You may return your product within 14 days of the date you received it.

Products to be returned must be unused, undamaged, have their tags attached, and be sent back with their original packaging. Returns of products that have been used or are no longer in a condition suitable for resale will not be accepted.

PERSONALIZED HATS

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for personalized hats prepared specifically for you. We recommend that you double-check your personalization details and size selection before completing your order.
