DESIGN STORY
Some hats are more than just an accessory. They carry a personal story.
When we designed this hat, we did not view personalization as merely an aesthetic detail. We wanted to develop a special hat that each user could use to carry their own story.
The gothic-style initial on the front serves as the design's strongest focal point. The "EST." (Established) detail on the left side, along with the year of birth, creates a meaningful reference that completes the personal narrative. Meanwhile, the first and last name embroidery under the brim makes this hat entirely unique to its owner.
We developed this model with a monochromatic black character for users who prefer simple and timeless designs. While highlighting the powerful contrast of black and white, we reflected the same commitment to quality in every detail of the design through high-density 3D embroidery, stitching techniques applied to the brim, and a special brim application with white piping.
We did not design this hat solely as a personalized product. We also aimed for it to be a meaningful gift that will be remembered for years to come. We have developed a design that can turn into a lasting memento for special moments such as birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, and similar occasions.
Each hat is custom-prepared after the order is placed. Completed with its initial, the year embroidered alongside the "EST." (Established) detail, and the owner's first and last name, this hat transforms into a unique piece that belongs solely to its owner, intended to be enjoyed for many years.
ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Trucker Hat - Name Collection - Custom Made - Black, is a special hat from the RustandRich Name Collection that combines a customizable design approach with premium craftsmanship. It offers a powerful and timeless look with its black front panel, black mesh back, and special visor design featuring white piping.
The gothic-style initial on the front of the hat is custom-made using a high-density 3D embroidery technique. Each hat is produced specifically according to the initial chosen at the time of order.
The EST. (Established) detail on the left side, along with the birth year or preferred date, is applied using embroidery. The right side of the hat features the signature RustandRich logo emblem.
The name and surname under the visor are custom-embroidered. Thus, every part of the hat is completed with personalized details, giving it a unique identity.
The stitching on the black visor is done with embroidery. The specially prepared visor with white piping completes the design by giving the hat a premium look and a sense of high craftsmanship.
The back section, made of mesh fabric, supports air circulation for comfort during use, while the adjustable snapback system easily adapts to different head sizes.
A cotton lining is used on the interior surface that touches the skin to ensure comfort. RustandRich branded trimmings, a cotton sweatband, and special interior print details are among the premium features that complete the user experience.

* Our trucker hat models are produced in three different size options: small, standard, and large.
* Since this model is custom-made, it is prepared according to the initial, name, surname, and birth year or preferred date provided after the order is confirmed.
* Our hats are shipped in a special protective box to prevent damage during shipping.

SIZE CHART
Our casket hat models are produced in two sizes.
Standard Size S-M (55–59 cm) This is our most commonly used size option. It is suitable for adult and young users.
Large Size M-L (60–64 cm) It is suitable for adult users with larger head measurements.
To determine the best size for you, you can measure your head circumference and compare your measurement result with the size chart below.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Your order is carefully prepared and shipped in a special protective box. You may return your product within 14 days of the date you received it.
Products to be returned must be unused, undamaged, have their tags attached, and be sent back with their original packaging. Returns of products that have been used or are no longer in a condition suitable for resale will not be accepted.
PERSONALIZED HATS
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for personalized hats prepared specifically for you. We recommend that you double-check your personalization details and size selection before completing your order.
Note: The personalized keychain is a gift to you from RUST&RICH. You do not need to send it back during a return.
Çok güzel bir nakış işleme, üstünde hiçbir kusuru şurası şöyle olsa diyebileceğiniz bir yeri yok. Büyük kalıp şapka arayan birisi olarak hiçbir üründen bu kadar memnun kalmamıştım
Çok beğendim. Tasarım ve kalite gerçekten harika. Paketlenmesinden malzemesine kaliteyi sergileyen bir ürün. Sadece standart boy maalesef benim kafam için biraz büyük geldi. Yine de beğeni ile kullanıyorum.
Siparişim hatalı gelmesine rağmen çok hızlı aksiyon alıp yenisini göndermeleri etkileyiciydi. Bürokrasiye takılmadı :) Şapkaya zaten diyecek bir şey yok. Harika.!
Kişiselleştirilmiş bir Şapka aldım. Üzerinde baş harfim köşesinde doğum tarihi ve içerisinde de isim soyisim yazıyordu ayrıca bunun yanında yine isim soyismin nakışla yazdığı bir anahtarlık da gönderildi hediye olarak. Şapkayı aşırı beğendik kişiselleştirme detayı da harika. Tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz her şey çok güzeldi

Kesinlikle kaliteli işçilik ve malzeme uzun vade kullanımda deforme vs. Olacağını düşünmüyorum. Meşhur Muadil markalardan da şapkalarım var kişesel fikrim ondan daha iyi.
Kişiselleştirme ise başka bir konu; şöyleki sizin için üretilmiş daha ne olsun…. Ben çok keyif aldım.
Ek olarak müşteri memnuniyeti konusundaki hassasiyetlerinin de altını çizmeden geçemem, talep ettiğim bir konuda beni kurumdan bir yetkili direk aradı… bakın altını çizeyim standart bir müşteri hizmetleri araması değil di yönetici seviyesinden bir aramaydı bu.
Yanlış anlaşılmaması adına ürünle ilgili veya kargo süreci gibi bir sorun, hata vs değildi. ( Kvkk gereği ismini veremiyorum.)
Ürün bana göre çok keyifli kaliteli. Nerden alabilirim diye soranlara aynısınınalamazsın ama beğeneceğin bir çok teklif var diyebilirsiniz😂
