DESIGN STORY

While designing the Rusty Crown model, we wanted to convey that leadership and self-confidence do not need to be expressed loudly. By combining a strong stance with energetic colors, we aimed to create a character that is striking yet balanced through a modern design language.

We interpreted the crown symbol not just as a sign of power, but as a detail representing hard-earned success, determination, and forging one's own path. We incorporated lightning figures that evoke a sense of movement into the design to reflect courage, productivity, and the desire to move forward without pause.

By bringing vibrant yellow tones together with strong contrasts, we developed a model that adapts to the rhythm of the city and makes its energy felt in any environment. We designed the Rusty Crown for individuals who make their own decisions, are not afraid to stand out, and see their style as a part of their character.

Because for us, every hat is not just a style accessory; it is a special piece that reflects a person's stance, character, and own story.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Trucker Hat - Urban Collection - Rusty Crown - Yellow, is one of the special models reflecting the energetic character of the Urban Collection with its vibrant yellow color, contrasting color transitions, and dynamic embroidery details. The bright yellow fabric used on the front panel and visor is complemented by mesh back panels in the same color.

The Rusty Crown lettering on the front is applied using a high-density 3D embroidery technique in a navy blue and orange color combination. The lightning symbols and directional arrow details surrounding the logo are embroidered, giving the model a dynamic and powerful look.

There are decorative zigzag embroidery applications on the visor. The underside of the visor is crafted with orange fabric, providing a contrasting look to the model.

On the side, the logo detail consisting of a crown figure and the "Rich" lettering is applied using an embroidery technique. The right side panel features a high-density 3D RustandRich logo detail. The back section consists of a yellow mesh structure and is completed with a yellow adjustable snapback closure system.

In the interior, a cotton lining is used on the surface touching the skin to offer a comfortable user experience. The piping with the RustandRich logo and the cotton sweatband ensure comfort throughout the day.

* Our trucker hat models are produced in three different size options: small, standard, and large. Small and large size options are prepared upon order, and the production time is 1–5 business days.

* Our hats are shipped in a special protective box to prevent damage during the shipping process.

* All of our hats are originally designed by the RustandRich design team.

* A RustandRich keychain is included as a gift with your first order.

* All of our hats are manufactured in Turkey.

Our hat models are offered in three size options—Small, Standard, and Large—to accommodate different head sizes.

Small Size XS-S (52–54 cm)
Suitable for teenagers and users with smaller head sizes.

Standard Size S-M (55–59 cm)
Our most commonly used size option. Suitable for standard adult head sizes.

Large Size M-L (60–64 cm)
Suitable for users with larger head sizes.

To determine the best fit, you can measure your head circumference and select the corresponding size from the chart below.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Your order is carefully prepared and shipped in a special protective box. You may return your product within 14 days of the date you received it.

Products to be returned must be unused, undamaged, have their tags attached, and be sent back in their original packaging. Returns of products that have been used or are no longer in a condition suitable for resale will not be accepted.

PERSONALIZED HATS

Returns and exchanges are not available for personalized hats prepared specifically for you. We recommend that you check the personalization details and your size selection before completing your order.

Note: The personalized keychain is a gift from RUST&RICH to you. You do not need to return it during the return process.
