DESIGN STORY
While designing the Bombing model, we drew our inspiration from the street culture of the 1990s and the bold design approach of that era. These years represent a period defined by vibrant colors, striking typography, and unique forms of expression. The 1999–2000 detail included in the design is a conscious reference to this era.
We did not use the phrase "Love Bombing" merely as a visual slogan. Today, this concept is commonly used to describe the act of showering someone with intense attention and affection in a short period of time within human relationships. We have reinterpreted this expression within the Generation Collection, incorporating both its contemporary meaning and its cultural references to the period.
We designed this model for individuals who freely express their own emotions and thoughts. We combined details inspired by the past with today's perspective, thereby developing a unique model that brings different generations together around a common design language.
For us, every hat is more than just a style accessory. We develop every design in a way that reflects an individual's character, stance, and own story.
ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Trucker Hat - Generation Collection - Bombing - Blue is a special model within the RustandRich Generation Collection, designed with inspiration from 1990s street culture. With its white front panel, blue mesh back panels, and red visor detail, it combines the energy of that era with a modern design aesthetic.
The "LOVE BOMBING" text on the front is prepared using a high-density 3D embroidery technique. The blue frame surrounding the text and the "1999–2000" detail at the bottom are completed with multi-layered embroidery applications. The different color layers used on the front provide a strong sense of depth to the design.
The visor is crafted with red fabric. It features a special decorative embroidery application on the brim, developed differently from classic visor stitching. Blue stitching details give the model a unique look. The underside of the visor is made with blue fabric. The "Fake Love Storm" slogan placed under the visor is one of the special details that completes the collection's story.
The back section consists of blue mesh panels. There is a RustandRich logo detail on the right side. On the left side, there is a Generation Z logo detail. The model is finished with a red adjustable snapback closure system.
On the inside, a cotton lining is used on the surface touching the skin to provide a comfortable wearing experience. RustandRich branded tapes and a cotton sweatband ensure comfort throughout the day.
