DESIGN STORIES
When designing the Royalty model, we wanted to combine nature-inspired tones with classic woven patterns. By balancing the calm stance of khaki with the dynamic texture of the patterned fabric, we aimed to create a look that can be easily preferred for both daily wear and more classic outfits.
The golden signature embroidery, the double piping detail, and the continuation of the pattern along the brim were planned to maintain the integrity of the design. We added the phrase "THE ONLY LIMIT IS YOUR MIND" under the brim as a powerful message, serving as a reminder that a person's greatest limit is their own thoughts.
We developed this model with an approach of creating a strong character through simple details. By bringing together natural colors, classic patterns, and a modern trucker silhouette, we have created a timeless hat that can be enjoyed for many years to come.
ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Trucker Hat - Curved Visor - Premium Collection - Khaki is a special cap from the RustandRich Premium Collection, crafted with patterned woven fabric and a harmonious blend of natural tones. While multi-colored plaid woven fabric is used on the lower front section and the visor, the upper section is completed with khaki fabric. Khaki mesh fabric is preferred for the back section.
The front section features the gold-colored RustandRich signature embroidery. A gold-colored piping detail surrounding the front panel, combined with a thin green piping application, creates a distinct transition between the front section and the patterned fabric. The RustandRich emblem embroidery on the side is among the model's complementary details.
The same patterned woven fabric used on the front is utilized on the visor. The Curved Visor structure is designed with a longer (7.5 cm) and wider form compared to our classic trucker hat models.
Produced from mesh fabric, the back section promotes air circulation to provide comfort during use, while the adjustable snapback system easily adapts to different head sizes.
The interior features RustandRich logo-branded tapes, a collection-exclusive inner print, a cotton sweatband, and the "THE ONLY LIMIT IS YOUR MIND" embroidery applied under the visor.
