DESIGN STORY

We believe that preserving the form and character of a hat is just as important as designing it. We designed the Cap Case hat bag specifically to allow us to carry different styles with us safely while traveling, without being limited to just one hat.

We developed a durable and protective exterior structure to address the problem of hats getting compressed, crushed, or losing the shape of their brims inside a suitcase. We structured the interior volume to hold multiple hats together while keeping their forms as intact as possible.

We complemented its completely black and minimalist exterior with an embossed RustandRich logo, custom zipper pulls, and metal details. In doing so, we created more than just a bag to carry hats; we created a functional and robust hat case that extends the value placed on hats throughout the entire journey.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT

The RustandRich Cap Case is a protective hat bag designed to let you carry your hats safely, especially while traveling, and to keep different hats organized on the go.

Its durable, form-retaining hard-shell structure helps prevent hats from being crushed, bent, or losing their shape during transit. Thanks to its special internal volume designed to fit the shape of hats, it offers the ability to carry multiple hats stacked together in an organized and secure way.

The entirely black exterior features an embossed RustandRich logo. The two-way zipper system allows the hat bag to open wide, while the custom zipper pulls with the RustandRich logo complete the design's details. Metal eyelets on the sides promote air circulation.

The carrying handle on the top provides comfortable hand-held use, while the attachment points on both sides of the bag allow for different carrying options. With its functional structure and sturdy body, the RustandRich hat carrying bag offers a practical solution for travel, daily use, or keeping your hats protected in storage.
