DESIGN STORY

While designing this model, we drew our inspiration from New York, one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world. However, the story we wanted to tell was not merely a story about a city. Our primary focus was the idea of different cultures, different lives, and different backgrounds sharing the same world.

We placed the word "Earthling" at the center of this design because we believe that who we are is defined by more than just the cities or countries we live in. We are all part of the same planet. We speak different languages, grow up in different cultures, and write different stories. Despite this, we share the same sky and live in the same world.

The phrase "Earthling in New York" on the front conveys the idea of belonging to the world, rather than just a place. In this story, New York is not a destination, but a powerful symbol where different lives intersect.

We designed this model to convey that people can define themselves not only by the cities they live in, but also by the values they carry. Because for us, every hat is more than just an accessory. Each model is a unique piece of design that serves as a reminder of our shared human story and the value of sharing the same world.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Trucker Hat - Urban Collection - Earthling - Navy, is one of the original models in the RustandRich Urban Collection that brings modern urban life together with a powerful message. It offers a contrasting look with its navy blue front panel and visor, and burgundy mesh back details.

The EARTHLING text on the front is applied using a high-density 3D embroidery technique. The RUST AND RICH PRESENTS text at the top and the in New York signature at the bottom are completed with a multi-layered embroidery technique, adding depth to the design. The different embroidery heights and layers give the front design a strong character.

The side features the RustandRich logo detail and a custom-woven label exclusive to the collection. The navy blue visor is complemented by a burgundy fabric under-visor. The back section uses a burgundy mesh structure and a tone-on-tone adjustable snapback closure system.

On the inside, a cotton lining is used on the surface touching the skin to offer a comfortable user experience. RustandRich branded piping and a cotton sweatband ensure comfort throughout the day.
